My startup technology company, Sounds Broken inc, provides Business Process Management (BPM), IT infrastructure, and software consulting. We planned and directed IT infrastructure (email, security, data backup, web development and maintenance) for a major Boston Immigration law firm. I also brokered a deal recently with a $300M home entertainment equipment manufacturer to develop device drivers for a new home audio / video automation system. We have recently instituted a flat-rate estimation policy to identify up-front the total cost and specific scope of a given project and we consistently provide inexpensive and reliable information and business process tools leveraging open-source software and re-tasking existing hardware.
